On OpenMW here, so only the file, but it is really fantastic. Accompanied by a soft piano melody, I could put Morrowind just to let its menu play ! I preferred to put the video in the other way though, because otherwise I wouldn't see the menu under the sunlight, which I prefer, very often ^^
This looks awesome!, I'm using Open MW, I read that MGE doesn't work with it (I'm playing the graphics don't look as good as they did on my regular non Open MW Morrowind so I guess MGE XE isn't working) Going to install anyway, will let you know if it works.
This is b-e-a-utiful! It would be a great addition to this mod. Do you think you'd be able to make a patched version to have it work alongside it? I would love to see this in the rotation when starting up the game.
@VanScythe I was able to add this myself to the "inom - main menu replacers" randomizer by doing the following steps:
1. Rename this mod's"menu_background.bik" video into something like "menu_background-8.bik" and add it to the Data File's "Videos" folder, together with the other menu videos from the "inom - main menu replacers" mod. 2. Open the "main.lua" file within the "inom - main menu replacers"' MWSE folder and find this line (make a backup of this file first to be safe):
The video should now be added to the randomizer rotation; seems to work on my testing so far. Do note that unlike the other menu videos from the "inom" mod that are only a 20 second loop, this mod's menu video loop is longer, about as long as the main menu theme song ("Nerevar Rising").
Dude, you're awesome. I didn't even think to check out the Lua to edit it myself. As an author, I'm a bit embarrassed, hahaha. Thanks for this. Have a kudos, friend!

2. Open the "main.lua" file within the "inom - main menu replacers"' MWSE folder and find this line (make a backup of this file first to be safe):
local backgrounds= {
"menu_background-1.bik",
"menu_background-2.bik",
"menu_background-3.bik",
"menu_background-4.bik",
"menu_background-5.bik",
"menu_background-6.bik",
"menu_background-7.bik",
}
3. Insert the video we renamed earlier at the end like so:
local backgrounds = {
"menu_background-1.bik",
"menu_background-2.bik",
"menu_background-3.bik",
"menu_background-4.bik",
"menu_background-5.bik",
"menu_background-6.bik",
"menu_background-7.bik",
"menu_background-8.bik"
}
and save.
