really great mod!! finally the library looks like a proper library and not just a spare storage room for some of the archcanon's books, lol! :D another comment mentioned this but I figured I'd leave a more detailed comment for anyone curious - this mod does conflict with Holidays Across Tamriel a bit, but it's not too bad, just 2 floating icons and 1 floating book! Easily fixed by using console commands :)
oh wow, I'm really surprised! since like you said it's been so long since Holidays Across Tamriel was updated, I figured any conflicts would never be patched haha, I just wanted to give a heads up to any other players - but since HAT does actually add a book to the Library, it does seem like a shame to have to just disable it with console commands! So a patch would be very much appreciated! :)
Whoaaaa this mod is incredible. I love it. My favorite thing is the lantern above the big map in the center. So so cool. Thank you for sharing with us.
I don't know, I did not update it yet. Giving a quick look through the file inserted in the mod https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/52000?tab=files
Seems compatible. Let us know in case I'm wrong ;)
Good day, all. DuoDinamico, thank you for the mod. It is such a correct expansion of the MW world. A little feedback to help not to criticise: in the main archive, one of the folders is named 'inspied lamp' instead of 'inspired lamp'
I'd like to report a mod conflict with Arvesa - An Arminger's tale https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/50306. When using both mods together the shelfs used by the Arvesa mod are named something similar to your mod. It makes the floors and walls disappear in the Arvesa mod's library. I know you had mentioned on another page that you can't edit/ patch this mod as of right now. I'd just like to report he issue for future patches. Thanks for all the great work!
The issue here is that An Armiger's Tale took the assets I created and used them without changing names, creating the facto, incompatibility. For the reason above, I would rather prefer you ask Orion to do so.
Simply because I can't keep updating my mods if other people take pieces of them and use them. I hope it makes sense.
In case he should refuse or does not reply to you, let me know, and I will fix it for you.
I was looking through the files, and I might be wrong, but I think you might have forgotten to replace the Deed to Indrele's House hidden in the vivec library that you deleted when rearranging the rooms.
Also, since I got curious when I noticed its absence:
the following books are present in the base game library but not present here. Ancestors and the Dunmer, Arcana Restored, Grasping Fortune, Progress of Truth (I can understand this one since its an explanation of dissident beliefs; but it is hella rare so its kinda unfortunate to remove an instance of it), The Affairs of Wizards, The Anticipations, The Real Barenziah Volume 4, and the True Nobles Code. Additionally, books that are now only single or double copies that previously had 5 or 6 in the smaller library include Annotated Anuad, The Cantatas of Vivec (this ones especially odd to be down to one copy), the Changed Ones, The Chronicles of Nchuleft, Mixed Unit Tactics, On Oblivion, Overview of Gods and Worship, Pilgrims Path, and Real Barenziah volume 4.
I dunno if any of these changes were intentional or not, but I felt like I should bring up the issue of the missing deed since its a quest item, and just point out others just in case.
Good catch! I didn't notice as we just deleted everything and started from scratch with the library. We'll see to restore some stuff in the next update!
lol, I like to go through mods bit by bit in tes3view before I run them, so I'm happy to let it be known if something looks off. Like I Said earlier this mod is an absolutely lovely library, I just wanted to make sure you know its Thieves Guild quest breaking in its current state.
Yeah well the original library makes sense, it was not done in a spirit of openness, but rather as a way to see who is interested by what. That's why there is a copy of the progress of truth there : as a bait. It's obvious when you see all the ordinators there... But this library is very nice, and I'll probably take it soon ! :)
OAAB book meshes can't load OAAB textures if packed in bsa. Archive is registered, library plugin is updated for new OAAB version. Textures in question have _bov_ in their names like "tx_book_bov_flora_v5.dds" Only getting these arrors on library scene load.
Curiously meshes work fine with loose file textures. Guess either an error in bsa, something wrong with pathing or game just kind of doesn't load them while Nifskope does. Standard Steam Morrowind, MGE XE, MCP, MWSE and OAAB installed.
OAAB changed some meshes and might be that in such a case, they published on their page an update: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/49042?tab=files

Just a heads up, there is a guard stuck in the east wall of the library near a podium. Not sure what would cause it on my end.
Cheers!
Does this mean TR_Data and OAAB_Data are requirements? If so might be best to show that under requirements. If not please delete this message.
Seems compatible.

Thanks!

Thanks for the heads-up and the nice words!
The typo is now fixed!

Otherwise you are doing something wrong :)
