Installation:

Cope the Armor Skill Expanded Part 1.esp inside your Data Files folder within your Morrowind folder.
The path usually looks like the following:

-CD Version
Program Files (x86)/Morrowind/Data Files

Steam Version
Steam/steamapps/common/Morrowind/Data Files

When you start the game, click on "Data Files" inside the Launcher and activate the mod. Then start the game.
