This is an essential convenience mod. Cast on strike weapons are a lot more attractive when you can disable the enchantment when you don't need it.

It would be great to cancel the "enchantment failed" sound from the weapon when enchantments are disabled.

Another improvement would be to make it so the X icon only appears when a cast on strike weapon is equipped.

But even as is this is pretty much a permanent install for me.

It seems that sound has come back when this mod and the new version of Character Sound Overhaul mod are used together

Hey , thanks for the mod!

I thought I had my sword's enchantment charge frozen but it might've been a false positive after all..

This doesnt seem to work for me, does this not work when added mid playthrough? Tried installing through NMM and just manually. Any tips would be much appreciated.

For the last few days I was thinking that I can't play without BTBGI but I also hate how badly enchanting was nerfed. This addition is the perfect middle ground between that and vanilla. I also like that you've made it so that the cross on the icon is perfectly compatible with any UI overhaul or icons replacer. This is now on my must-have list!
