Couldn't find a three-way patch, so I made one myself. Tested on my own 0.47 RC setup & seems to be working, so I thought I'd share it, though do note that I have nothing at all to do with any of those projects, and this is not supported by them. But working for me at least, so worth a shot if you're at the same impasse I was, I think.
Like the OMW & BCOM patches it combines, this is an ESP replacer only; it requires the rest of the data from the original mod.
Also requires OpenMW, obviously. The fixes ported over from the original patch have been working as of 0.45 .
Also requires BCOM. A "soft" requirement, in that it won't fail to start or whatever without it, but the travelling paths will be all borked.
