Is it possible to create a version without shutters indoors? The shutters outside are great but I've seen clipping issues with the indoor shutters with various cupboards in vanilla interiors.
Issue is that interior and exteriors, uses the same meshes. Probably using Mwse scripting would be possible to have it only on exterior but not Openmw. I would need to check with my fellow modders.
Is anyone using this with the latest "glow in the dark" mod despite it saying on this mods description page that its not compatible with glow in the dark 3.0 onward..... Should I not use this mod if I'm using the latest glow in the dark??? What specifically is incompatible, what features get messed with
During sunset time the window misbehaves and remains open if you use version 3.0 of GITD. I tried to solve it some months ago but I failed. Now that regenerated back from vacation I will look into this again. Who knows maybe MD already fixed it in the last updates, I need to look into this.
Be aware though that the issue is only on Morrowind vanilla using MGEXE, OpenMW uses a different technology for switch node detection and it works as intended.
Hello, any update on this issue ? I've just installed "Dahrk" v3.1.1 and noticed the incompatibility in your mod description. Shame, I'd love to use both mods ! Greetings.
There are pro and cons in using vanilla engine, the pros being mgexe and full Lua support. For my everyday morrowind gaming, I do use OpenMW. Anyway, with the latest GitD version, it just works.
I noticed a couple of things and was wondering if they were intentional. With only the Glow in the Dahrk mod (version 3.2.2) installed, there is a glow behind the permanently closed shutters at night. When I install this mod (version 2.0), that glow disappears. The indoor shutters appear to be permanently open, regardless of time of day. The interior sunrays do turn off at night though. Come to think of it, is it intentional having outdoor and indoor shutters?
I'm using the 00 Core folder and 05 Purist Sunray folder for my setup. I'm on OpenMW. If these are intentional (or at least consequences of how it is currently implemented), would you consider implementing the nighttime glow behind closed shutters and closing indoor shutters at night?
For the glow I can look, (and I will) for the closure at night interiors, is unfortunately a limitation of the switchnodes in interiors and how the engine read them (OpenMW or MGEXE), not much I can do there. I have done what I could :)
Thanks you for the update I hope I'm not being a bother but I wanted to say there seems to be an issue with at least some of the windows disappearing at night (this one is Ingmar's House) and some window glasses being absent (this one is shaman's hut)
I'm new to Morrowind so forgive me if this is a supid question but... if MGEX is not compatible with Open MW, and this mod requires MGEX, how is this mod compatible with Open MW?

I fixed it now and should work as expected. Let me know if something is still wrong!
Was looking at them now, definitely doable! I'll fix it this weekend!
