A small mod that changes Mournhold's High Ordinators into regular Ordinators (but with scimitars because the scimitars are cool).

BACKGROUND

Not sure about anyone else, but I heavily disliked the High Ordinators in Tribunal for three reasons:
1. They make Vivec seem puny and unimportant in comparison to Almalexia, when as far as I can tell this shouldn't be the case.
2. They make the Hands of Almalexia significantly less interesting and imposing, given the High Ordinators look the same and are almost as powerful.
3. Their armour is kind of ugly. I don't mind it on the Hands, but for city guards the Indoril gear from the base game looks better and more fitting.
WHAT THIS MOD DOES

Replaces the High Ordinators with Ordinators resembling those found on Vvardenfell. Essentially, all I did was change the NPC data for each variant of High Ordinator and give them more similar gear and stats to their colleagues on the island.
Ordinators in Mournhold still have their own IDs, their unique voice lines etc, and any script affecting them should work as normal.
As of version 1.1, Mournhold's Ordinators are downgraded from Level 60 to Level 35 while their colleagues on Vvardenfell are upgraded from Level 20 to Level 25; this maintains a lore-friendly distinction while closing what I felt was an overly large gap between them.
COMPATIBILITY & BUGS

This is my first Morrowind mod. I'm fairly sure it won't cause any bugs, but I know they can crop up where you least expect them, so please let me know if you encounter any problems. Should be compatible with absolutely anything that doesn't edit High Ordinator NPC inventories or stats.
INSTALLATION

Main file is for OpenMW, use the other one for a .ESP version which should work exactly the same way. Just unzip your chosen file into a data folder and tick the box next to "SoberOrdinators" in the launcher.
