Intelligent Ring of Teleportation

One special teleport item – that expands the available locations as your character advances… the idea behind it was not to just make everywhere available at once… but as the character improves in skills and reputation opening up more and more location until eventually there are over 100 !!!
I figure that in the beginning you need to go the hard way in order to gain knowledge and skills but by that time you have all the locations available you have no need to walk/ride everywhere in order to do so.
My ring of Teleportation was originally released as part of My "New Suran" (add link) mod way back in June 2005 on "Planet Elder Scrolls" (PES)
It is NOT copied from any similar rings released by other modders since!
The number of destinations available is directly linked to:
'PC level', 'PC Reputation' and certain 'Magic Skills', such as Illusion and Mysticism
As your PC like level goes up so does the number of locations available:
Initially you only get the main towns.
If you're in Jail, your Crime Level is above 500, you're a Vampire or in Werewolf form it will do nothing.
Then there is a sliding scale of locations depending on various attributes...
Reputation > 15 and Mysticism > 55:
adds "Misc" and "Secret Masters"
Reputation > 15 or (Reputation > 5 and Mysticism > 55)
adds the "Great House Stronghold"
Reputation >= 5
adds the "Camps"
Intelligence > 60
add the "Strongholds"
Intelligence > 53
add more "Towns"
Reputation > 60 or (Reputation > 15 and Illusion > 60)
(Once you get to this level it means you have access to over 100 locations)
adds the "Ruins"
Otherwise
not worthy... you get nothing
"Mournhold" and "Solstheim" locations are to be found under "Misc"
