I added this mod after completing my redoran stronghold and the fast travel npcs did not appear. Is there a script or something I can run to make them show up?
Edit: Nevermind I'm an idiot. I had only completed the second phase of the construction. I'll see if they appear once I have completed the third.
Hlaalu Outpost doesn't need a fast travel as it is close enough to Hla-Oad and Balmora to run to. Telvanni could have a Teleport service and Redoran can have a Siltstrder service to Maar Gan and Al'drun. The reason why there is none in the base game is that these outpost are places that Players will seldom visit.
