This is a reupload of the mod, Maar Gan Hut, from MMH. I really like this mod, and since it only seems to be only available on MMH, and the author is no longer around in the community, I feared that it would get lost due to the website's increased unreliability these days. Nothing in this mod is my work, and according to the mod's readme: "You may freely modify and distribute this plugin, just give credit where it is due, please." I have turned off Donation Points for this mod, as my work consisted of only reuploading it here. If by any chance, the original author of this mod contacts me to take it down anyway, I will comply within a reasonable timeframe. As a result of all this, naturally, I can also not offer any support for this mod, - however low-effort it may be - this is only a reupload.

     This plugin simply adds a quaint home in Maar Gan. The house is located right by the strider port, you can't miss it! There seemed to be a deficiency of housing choices in this area, so I decided to try make a nice house for anybody who would like to live in Maar Gan...
