Yes it is, but each have quests to obtain the same ingredients, yet give different rewards. The ideal solution would be to have no overlapping items in each mod.
I'm not changing my mod to remove the overlap. There's no reason you can't use both if you want to, and it's not unrealistic for multiple people to want some of the same items. It's your game, play how you want to. I hope you enjoy my mod. I *think* it should be flawless now (I hope). I appreciate the feedback since with dialogue, it's hard to find all the issues all at once. Thank you for your help.
No I wasn't at all suggesting you ammend your mod, simply a possible / hypothetical solution for compatibility. I think your mod is great as it is, any kind of radiant / repeatable odd job quest mod are great to have.

Regarding compatibility: Morrowind Rebirth --> Compatible, the cellar you've added is accessible. LGNPC Ebonheart --> Compatible, since the only NPC you've touched is one you've created yourself.
Sorry to keep bringing you the bad news, but it seems there's another bug in your mod. It seems that every NPC can talk about the ingredients you are supposed to bring. So for example NPC's in Vos could end up asking you where racer plumes are.
The mod isn't working... I speak to the NPC in the basement and he simply tells me to look at the list he gave me, but he never gave me any kind of list.

Are there any conflicts with Morrowind Rebirth and/or LGNPC Ebonheart? (known or to be expected)

LGNPC Ebonheart --> Compatible, since the only NPC you've touched is one you've created yourself.
