A normally quite shy creature: surfracers most often lurk in the depths. However, upon smelling blood or sensing a weakened person, these cowardly opportunists flock to consume an easy-meal.
A new creature now roams the waters of Vvardenfell: The surfracer. Think Cliff Racer meets Piranha.

Installation
Use your prefered mod manager tool or drop in your Data Files folder.
Merge your levelled lists with tes3cmd 0.37 or mashed lists
