DESCRIPTION
When playing Morrowind back in the day I always thought armor/clothing enchanted items should be constant effect, rather than adding a long list of spells that need to be activated individually and wear off at different intervals - usually in the middle of combat. At the time I chalked it up to game balance but then Oblivion came out and, sure enough, the devs had agreed with me and made all wearable items constant effect only. So much for the game balancing reason, so I made this mod.

This is a simple mod changes many, but not all, enchanted items to constant effect where it makes sense. Any magic effects of varying magnitude has been changed to do whatever the maximum effect was (except for Elanande's Robe as constant effect 100% Chameleon seemed overpowered so its 70% instead, its former lowest possible setting). Certain enchanted wearable items, such as summonings, have been left as is. Additional changes include changing the Lord's Mail "Cure Poison" effect to "Resist Poison" and adding "Poison Damage" to the Five Fingers of Pai(n) as it never made sense to me that it only did 4 effects instead of 5. Any wearable items that had the ability to cast "Light" on target has been changed to constant effect light on self instead.

So a ring that casts fireball has not been changed.
But an amulet that boosts speed for ten second by a varying magnitude of three to seven has been changed to boost speed constant effect seven.

Weapons have NOT been effected by this.

CONFLICTS
This mod will conflict with any mod that changes the enchantments of wearable items (but should be compatible with mods that change the items but not the enchantments).
