Birthsigns in vanilla Morrowind are wildly unbalanced. Many, many mods were created to fix that issue, most often than not by buffing the weaker birthsigns. This mod mostly makes birthsigns more... bland.
PS. Let's be honest, I just really want the achievement. :)
