I'm a few years late to the party, but for future modders, I wanted to point out that this mod doesn't change certain "pants" items. I assume these aren't "common pants that have female variants", although it would help for this to be clarified in a ReadMe file. The pants in question are:
- common_pants_01, _02, _02_hentus, _04, and _04_b - tailored_trousers - All three pants from Tribunal - All four pants from Bloodmoon
This is for the vanilla body, it utilizes both leg parts and is fitted to the vanilla body using vanilla meshes. Better Clothes is for Better Bodies, it uses new meshes fitted for better bodies' body. I don't like BB and prefer the vanilla body, and I'm not the only one who feels that way, so that's why I made this.
ps: while Better Cloths is designed with Better Bodies in mind it does work with Robert's bodies as well (with some minor clipping issues with some cloths). I wonder if something like VSBR Vanilla style body replacer would work with Better Cloths.
If I recall correctly, VSBR has some clipping issues around ankles. I tried to use high heels ebony (yeah, that one...) armor boots and pants for one NPC of my mod, and the armor had compatibility issues with VSBR, so I scrapped the idea...
I think this mod should work with VSBR without any issues, gonna check it right now. update: it does work with VSBR flawlessly. Good work. A must-have alternative for people who don't use better bodies and better clothes. Instant tracking <3
