Description:
This house mod adds a small guar ranch north-east of Gnisis. Nothing too fancy, or too big. Just a hut with bare necessities. Works great with Ashfall and Guar Whisperer by Merlord too.
First version is archived, because it was my first ever mod, and I wasn't really happy with it.
OAAB_Data needed. It adds way too many great things to pass.
Instalation: Copy deserved file to your Morrowind/Data Files.
Fully compatible with Rocky West Gash.
