   This sounds like an interesting mod, but what would happen if i cast a calm humanoid spell then i intimidate an npc from this mod??
   
   Will he eventually disappear, or will he stay aside from me forever??

      They'll act like any hostile NPC I didn't do anything special, vanilla mechanics still apply, for better or worse.
      I may see about adding an option to keep them hostile in the next update. Not sure when that will be.
