Update: Just over-ride the old esp with this new one. Added travel from certain cities on the mainland to other cities on the mainland. So now travel between locations in Tamriel Rebuilt.
Also fixed a bug where some sherpas weren't showing up in game and worked on some dialog.
----------------------------------------------------------
Reason for the mod
In some of the forums, including the r/morrowind thread on Reddit, I noticed a lot of comments by newer morrowind players and even some long-time players on like their 20th playthrough, about walking around to get everywhere was slow.
They wanted boots of speed quickly and other ways of getting around. In newer games they're used to fast travel, quest markers and more, which morrowind lacks.
Personally, I like it the way it is, so I didn't really make the mod for me. I made it for those who prefer more travel options.
----------------------------------------------------------
I present "Lead the Way". Sherpas were added to the game. 51 new NPCs that perform much the way Caravaners do in the game, except they guide you to places that didn't previously have travel to and from.
Sherpas are extraordinary human beings. In the high peaks of the Himalayas, members of the Nepalese ethnic group are famous for their speed-climbing records, ascents of routes that no one has ascended before, expert guiding and other skills.
Some of the travel options are ...
The Ashlander Camps which also have sherpas to get you back to civilization.
Your Strongholds with sherpas to get you other places from your strongholds.
If you have Bloodmoon, sherpas can get you to 4 different locations in Solstheim.
If you have Tribunal, sherpas can smuggle you in to 4 places in Mournhold without the usual red tape.
If you have Tamriel Rebuilt, there is travel to and from 4 cities on the mainland.

Installation
As always, the esp files go into your data files folder. Check the box next to the esps you choose in your mod manager or launcher for the sherpas to appear in your game.
You will not want to use all of the esps! I made this so whatever addons you do or do not have, you have a choice to match.
CCM-Lead-The-Way.esp If You Just Have Morrowind and no expansions.
CCM-Lead-The-Way-BM-Addon.esp if you just have Morrowind and Bloodmoon. You will need CCM-Lead-The-Way.esp as well. The Bloodmoon addon should load after the main file.
CCM-Lead-The-Way-TR-Addon.esp if you have Morrowind and just Tribunal. You will need CCM-Lead-The-Way.esp as well. The Tribunal addon should load after the main file.
If you have Morrowind and Bloodmoon and Tribunal, you do not need to install all 3 of those esps.
CCM-Lead-The-Way-Trib-BM.esp is one esp for Morrowind with both Bloodmoon and Tribunal. No need for the main file, just use this.
CCM-Lead-The-Way-Trib-BM-Tamriel.esp combines the sherpas for Morrowind, Bloodmoon, Tribunal and Tamriel Rebuilt. No need for the main file, just use this.
Make sure you have the latest Tamriel Data and Tamriel Mainland esps. I don't think it would mess anything up, but you'd likely get that pesky "some esp can't find the right master file" error message. Cancel to say yes to all and it should be fine if you do.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Some of the travel options will be expensive since they cover a great distance. You've been warned.
