Drop CCM-MyGuildGuides.esp into your data folder and check the box next to it in your mod manager or launcher to activate it. Simple.
Requires only Morrowind.esm
Adds a Guild Guide to each of the 3 strongholds you can build. So whichever you choose, you'll have one.
If you want all 3, go to https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/45400 and download the Join All Houses Mod by Heph and Fukuro.
