For this modjam,  not only we had to make a mod in 48 hours, but during Easter weekend too!
This left no other choice than the obvious.

So here it comes Skar-face! a full facelift for Skar in Ald-Ruhn.
The King crab deserved his claws.

I. Requirements:

II. Description

Replace the original Skar model and textures with a new one adding claws, legs and replace the Skar interior to match the new exterior.
Add 2 guards in front of Movaryn manor because it makes sense. 

Skarface main version includes the following folder:

        00 - Core Files
            Contains all the required meshes and textures.
    
        01 - Only legs
            Optional version of the main mod where Skar has only the legs, no claws.

        02 - Only claws
            Optional version of the main mode where Skar has only claws, no legs.

        03 - BcoM patch
         Optional version to use if you already have Beautiful cities of Morrowind by RandomPal installed.

        04 - ARSoP patch
         ESP replacer version to use if you already have Ald Aruhn Seat of Power by RandomPal installed.
         If you install this make sure to DEACTIVATE skar_face.esp

        05 - ARSoP patch no-underskar
         ESP replacer version to use if you already have Ald Aruhn Seat of Power no underskar version by RandomPal installed.
         If you install this make sure to DEACTIVATE skar_face.esp     

        06 - Optional vanilla textures size
          Contains optional vanilla-sized textures.

III. Compatibility

This should be compatible with anything that doesn't directly change Skar exterior or interior.

IV. Installation and Removal


Manager: Mod Organizer 2 or Wrye Mash is highly recommended for easy installation, activation, and removal.

Manual: Extract contents of "00 - Core Files" folder to your Morrowind Data Files directory, overwrite if needed, then extract the contents of any desired patch folders, let those overwrite, and finally enable any desired plugins in the Morrowind Launcher.

Regenerate your distant lands if you use MGEXE.


Note: The interiors are going to replace the original ones, so please, make sure to back up your Morrowind or, at least, back up the following
files:
