This mod is one that I definitely don't want to live without, but I cannot get the groudcover/grass to work for the life of me.

No matter how many combinations of patches or load order adjustments I try, there are always floating patches of grasses over the lake just past balmora and above the bridge closer to Caldera. I've even reran the distant land generator with no west gash module, just the stonewood pass patch and still no luck.

I'd love to try one of the solutions listed in a previous post but it looks like that's only for OpenMW?

I'm using Remiros's groundcover mod for what it's worth. Any help would be appreciated!

The mod looks absolutely lovely, just one question. How’s the patch with Riders supposed to work? There’s 2 of them in the installer and I chose the one w OAAB Grazeland cus I also have that mod installed. Omw from caldera to Balmora I didn’t see the rider guy at all? Is this normal? Or did I bungle the install somehow?

Lovely mod.  but, 1, in the world map there is now a hole. 2, when you go in the water chasm there is no way to walk up out it. other than those, it's wonderful

so i have normal BCOM. not waterworks like u/fpsbcheezit. after bcom i have loaded stonewood pass reworked. there's a huge landscape edit f*#@ing up buildings near the temple in balmora, and i cant figure out the issue.

Stonewood Pass Reworked should be loaded before Beautiful Cities of Morrowind

MassiveJuice's advice also works for "Amazing balmora expansion". i assume the load order change applies to most balmora mods.

Obviously this is an eternal problem with Tamriel_data, but I'm running into some deprecated assets here:

There's four or five missing rocks that I've seen, all large ones, all with the id T_Mw_TerrRockWG_MtRidge (with endings _2 through _4 that I saw,) that are missing in the current version. Not sure on the right way to work around it besides removing them on my end but they are large enough that the absence is notable.

Oh man, this is excellent. All of the things that you removed were exactly the things that were putting me off from the original mod. Thank you for this.

Question: I see the original only had a patch for Vurt's groundcover. Do you happen to know (not that you spend all your time testing grass mods, just curious) if Remiros' Groundcover would need a patch, or where I may find one?

It does need a patch but luckily its not a hard thing to fix yourself, I literally just did it in 2 minutes. In the CS mark these cells as no load in the detail tab, load the vurtsgrass esp, save, done:
      -2, 0
      -2,1
      -2,-1
      -1,1
      -1,0

Glad you like it! I have patches for this and Remiros Groundcover but they're based on Beautiful Cities of Morrowind/Balmora seat of Power of House Hlaalu.

An aesthesia groundcover patch is here, though this is also based BCoM:

I have Balmora Seat of Power! Excellent stuff. I'll swap out my old grass patch for it right away and get to using this. Thank you!

The patches for Remiros Groundcover actually still have a bunch of floating grass above the bridge/warefall region. Lukly the fix provided by Damius worked.

Can confirm. Batches of floating grass even with remiros grass file from beautiful cities mod page.

It was based around the original version so there could be some leftover grass that was previously hidden inside some rocks. I’ll update the grass patch one of these days.

For OpenMW users who have Remiros Groundcover and are still struggling with this, just fire up OpenMW-CS, like Damius suggests, and check the box for Rem_WG.esp. Then click on "cells". Click on "modified", which will pull up all the cells that this particular esp modifies. Then delete the five cells Damius mentions. Save it. Rename your omwaddon file Rem_WG.esp. Replace the former "Rem_WG.esp" with your new one. No more floating grass.

If you're using BCOM, just go to your openmw.cfg file and edit the REM_WG.esp line; change it to "REM_WG - StoneWood Pass."

      Simple as that.

This mod creates a more vivid environment in an area that I always considered dull and boring. One of those kind of mods you don't realize how bad you needed until you try it. Sadly It conflicts with the Nerevar House mod Deluxe version. I tried changing the load order around every way I could think of the get the house to play nice with SWP reworked, as well as your BCOM mod. Nothing worked sadly, unless I'm just not doing something right. Any chance a patch can be created? I also asked the author of the house mod if patches could be made (figured I'd ask on both mod pages). Maybe you guys can collab and come up with something?

Is the patch for caldera mine for your edit of caldera mine? I'm still getting a terrain issue even though I'm following load order

For those that have a land tear above the bridge, it's Imperial Cart Travel Redux that causes the issue. Loading it before DD_Caldera fixes it

I don't recommend reverting load order, as the part of Stonewood road will be simply missing.

edited: never mind. trying to manually sort load order with openmw is probably not too wise of me, lol

I'm confused, is this still compatible with caldera mine extended? EDIT. JUST saw you edited Caldera Mine yourself
Thank you very much for your amazing work.

Is the "Foyada Mamaea Overhaul" referred to in the description OAAB - Foyada Mamaea, or is there a different Foyada Mamaea Overhaul I'm not finding which the patch is made for?
