I assume the function fits the description, 'Only works once'?
I personally think it would be more interesting to be a permanent effect. Should create more interesting and semi immersive deaths! Instead of just reloading, One would have to deal with the consequences of there death. This mod could be combined with penalty's for said 'death' Like taking a amount of gold based of your level, Downranking skills, etc. It would be easy to head cannon it that its just how the "chim" thing works.
