Cozy Maar Gan Ver 1.0.

A small and cozy replacer of the mystical and religious Maar Gan in the Ashland style.
This plugin is very similar to my cozy Ald'ruhn, because it is made in the same style of Ashland. But still I tried to bring a little personality to it, emphasizing the mystique and isolation of this city.
I hope I did it.
More detailed:
- small redesign of the architecture of the walls, (the size of the city is not changed);
- added statics, benches, containers, banners, flowers, flora, pillows, household items;
- lanterns, lots of lanterns :);
- added a large Veloth shrine at the entrance to the town, with an altar for sacrifice;
- added two vegetable gardens with ash yams :);
- added a giant trama roots;
- rugs with pillows at the entrance to the tavern;
- interiors are not affected;
- path grid fixed;
- the plugin is cleared of unnecessary links;
- added a few new objects, such as a basket of ash yams and a basket of eggs.
Requirements: Morrowind.
In the screenshots, I use a beautiful tree replacer from Vurt, so if you use a different replacer, the picture may be different.
