    The robe is invisible for me, with or without the Hirez Armors Retexture. I know the later has a patch for it, but it apparently doesn't work.

      I doubt it's a problem with this mod. All it does it remove a part of the model.

    this made the robe invisible on me but on my NPC companion it was visible still

      That's strange. All, I did was remove the shell from the model in Blender, so I feel like you your issue might stem from another mod. Does it still happen with only this mod loaded?

    Very good idea, I am using shields on back and it was impossible to use it with Telvanni Cephalopod Armor mod :) Thanks a lot!
