Credits: Mackom for heads, abot for wonderful gondoliers mod!
Install: drag and drop files into your Morrowind folder, replace abot's meshes, when asked.
Alternative: same.
Note: if you have installed recolored face textures provided with the VSBR body replacer patch for Mackom's heads, then you should use the alternative meshes and textures from the "Alternative" folder.
It basically clones the original Mackom's textures. That way one can have both the darker VSBR body and ligther skin gondolier body + Mackom's head.
