After stumbling upon this mod-making tutorial by Morrowind Modding Showcase on youtube, I decided to create my own player home. It's a very small and simple home a short walk outside Seyda Neen, just follow the road towards Vivec. It requires OAAB_Data as I used a few items from there when decorating the house.
This is my first ever mod, so if there's any issues please let me know!
