   Along with a fire pit, an armorer’s anvil for use with Realistic Repair would be a nice addition.
   
   Also, since it’s out in the open, the place is a little insecure. I’m planning to hire a guard from the mod A Lord’s Men to keep an eye on the place.

   I like this! The terraces give a nice view of Seyda Neen, and there's enough storage to make this a good starting home and a base to operate out of while in Seyda Neen. Nice job!

   Make sure you clean your mod, too. This one had a number of junk cell edits. It's a good idea to use TESAME and tes3cmd to clean them after you create them.

      I had a feeling the thing I downloaded from Nexus was the wrong thing to use, because the videos show it taking some time, but this one was instant claiming the mod was clean. I'll try and find the ones you mentioned and download those for the future mods coming out. Thanks for the heads up. This is my second mod.
