Does this make stealth easier when you are not in their line of sight?

Late reply but it doesn't if anything it makes it a bit harder I think cause overall stealth detection radius has been buffed if I remember correctly but it doesn't seem to take super good stealth stats to be able to sneak outside of NPCs line of sight anyway.

Can you give more detail on what GMST's you edited and what they do?

I buffed fSneakViewMult by a lot, which judges the overall sneak difficulty while you are in the line of sight of an npc/creature. After I buffed this I felt like I had to buff fSneakDistanceMultiplier, which from my testing let them see you from farther away, at first I was actually starting to get detected but after I buffed fSneakDistanceMultiplier npcs who even had pretty low detect skill (the formula is (Sneak + Agility/5 + Luck/10 - Blind Magnitude) * (0.75 + 0.5 * Current Fatigue/Maximum Fatigue) * Direction Multiplier)  were actually able to detect me across the room unlike before when I still had to be close to them to be detected. This didn't seem to make a big difference when I was outside of their line of sight from my testing.
