I guess I would call this mod a bit more photo-realistic, while Potions & Scrolls is more icon (in the computer icon sense). I mostly linked to it as it's not on the Nexus, so it might be bit harder to find for new mod users.
Also note that modhistory.com has multiple versions so I linked to one that I've actually tested and that seems to be the most recent one.
I was aware of that mod. Its nice, but a bit too modern looking for my tastes. I've done 66 more icons that I use in my own game. I don't think they are nice enough to do an update release. Here is another good option for icon replacer: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/36948
The Potions and Scrolls mod makes every single icon a huge brightly colored square, and with a full inventory, it looks utterly confusing because there's barely any space between the icons, I prefer icons that are a physical representation of the object, such as these potion bottles in this mod.
I don't know why people feel the need to point out that "There's already a mod that does this" etc... It's annoying.
There is also Potion Scroll Icons and Potion Sort v1.0 by rm_rfstar, which is also a viable option and is better than Potions & Scrolls IMHO. Note that its plugin needs to be fixed, contains unnecessary edits and is unclean. Unfortunately the download button for the additional fixed and clean version of the plugin (pssorticon_fixed_no_chest_changes.7z) was not mirrored by Wayback Machine Internet Archive and doesn't work. But it can be relatively easy recreated. Here is an instruction how to do it:
Spoiler:

1) Download MGSO Temporary Patch. We will need from it only "Main Files-43463-5\MGSOO\Options\UI_SI\Data Files\PSsorticon.esp", which fixes only the Golden Saint summoning scrolls so they will actually summon a Golden Saint when used. Extract it somewhere outside the system folders. 2) Open it in TESAME and delete all "Container" and "Cell" entries within it, one by one (right-click each of them and push the [Delete] keyboard button). Leave only "Alchemy", "Book" and "TES3" entries. Save the plugin, rename it back to PSsorticon.esp (i.e. delete the "Clean" prefix) and install it instead of the original plugin by rm_rfstar. That's it! If you wish you can run it in TES3CMD and verify that it's clean, but it's not necessary.
Or you can just download its already fixed and cleaned (by me) version from here: Google Drive.
EDIT: I've discovered that the author of that mod actually forgot to assign new icons to the Scrolls of Almsivi Intervention ("icons\CustomScrolls\alsmivi.tga" - there's also a typo in its name, but it doesn't matter) and to the Scrolls of Invisibility. Also wrong icons were assigned to the quality potions of Invisibility and Rising Force. I've fixed them all. Here is the truly fixed version of the plugin: Google Drive (I really hope that there are no other such small-fry errors in it...).

More mods, means more choices.

EDIT2: Honestly to say I don't like the icons for alcoholic beverages in Potion Scroll Icons and Potion Sort v1.0, so instead them I've assigned the icons from the Crisp pack of Kezyma's UI Remastered for my personal game.
