   I didn't remember putting this in my build. When I found him it was such a huge surprise. I wished he sold daedric weapons and armor as well! That would complement what he his.

   EDIT:  I figured it out, it was on my end.  I forgot to enable the mod at the title menu.  A rookie mistake.
