recolor and normalmaps together. install this version before before overwriting with patches for MUSB, if you wish to use the recolor.

for use with Leyawynn's MUSB mod. as of the date of upload, users will need to download one of the two patches to fix the flickering glowmaps. this may not be required in the future.

for use without the optional recolor, or Leyawynn's MUSB mod

removes the glowing dwemer runes to prevent flickering

removes the glow from the lower set of dwemer runes only. in testing this eliminated flickering approximately 98% of the time, but not prefect.
