As chewthefat did not realize below, the very first initial "yes to all" upon launching the program must be pressed, as plugins are yet to be loaded at this point. Perhaps a workaround (clumsy) would be to set up an AHK script to autorun when Morrowind.exe launches to set the mousepointer position to the yes to all button and send a left mouse click, but I don't like clumsy AHK solutions personally.
