The gentle sway does add an immersive feeling... unfortunately, that immersion is broken by the bridge hiding objects/corpses/etc from being accessible. I'll hope that this is fixed in the future; at that time, I will be very pleased to reinstall it... just going back to the old bridges for the present.
Problem with Morrowind.exe, apparently it's a weird bug with skinned objects in the engine. Abot reported it back when this was first published, no idea the issue. Collision and bounding box look fine.
I found in issue. In areas where the only path to enter a door is on one of these bridges, you can't open the door to enter the interior. I saw this in Tamriel Rebuilt in Llothanis, which has a part of town with buildings connected only by these birdges, I disabled the mod and could only then enter these buildings. Great work otherwise, hope it's an easy fix.
Are you playing Morrowind.exe (as opposed to OpenMW)? Apparently this is an issue with skinned meshes, Abot experienced a similar issue with an animated tapestry which he reported a while ago.

Bend with me, sway with ease
When we dance you have a way with me
Stay with me, sway with me
If you use "Fix those bastard rope fences", put Swayland after.
