Does this mod require Bloated Caves or Graphic Herbalism (which includes Bloated Caves) ? If so you should add it in requirements. I've read that Bloatspores are not used in vanilla game.
Strictly speaking it wouldn't require either, but you would need something that adds bloatspore to the game if you want to actually see it. I've been using Bloated Morrowind Magnified myself.
