Better Hair
Better Hair is a hair replacer for Morrowind based on work of Westly, greenllamas, rigel-sims, Patchy, AHarris00Britney, kartoffels and kerrschtein for MacKolm's head replacers and other heads based on them. Without a proper head mod ears will disappear.
I've altered meshes to reduce clipping to minimum with ears and remade a lot of textures in new colors.
Most of the hair are not unique, but I made sure that proper races use proper shades of hair (blonde, brown on Nords, black, red, white on Dark Elfs etc.) and I tried to make sure one race and sex do not have duplicated hair (the same mesh and color).
It's a no plugin replacer so give it a try without devastating your load order ;).

- Unpack Data Files to your game directory or use mod manager, remember to overwrite
Uninstallation:
- Remove all files installed by the mod
