Description:
This simple mod progressively slows down all creatures, NPCs and the Player down when they are walking (not swimming) half-submerged in water. The deeper they get the slower they are.
The way the mod does this is slowly transitioning the Walk/Run speeds into the Swim speed. As such, Swift Swim magic would affect the speed and can even make you faster when wading compared to normal.
Perfect for spicing up dungeoneering gameplay in half-flooded locations like Ilunibi, Mudan, Sotha Sil Flooded Halls and so on. You can even make it dynamic by creating a dungeon with water level that changes over time!
