I have created items such as you have in this mod for testing purposes; for instance, allowing access to areas with high-level enemies, to test some aspect of a mod I've created, without my character continually dying before completing whatever testing I was trying to do. I can see this mod could be very useful for this purpose.
I would not recommend using this mod for general gameplay. I imagine it would take away all challenge and, therefore, pretty much all the fun of playing the game. It would also mean that many skills would never, or at least rarely, level-up (just one example, never having to heal or cure your character, would mean you'd have little use for the Restoration skill).
There are some issues with constant effect items. See the Perils of Constant Effect section, of the UESP - Morrowind:Enchant page, for some of these. In addition, although I've never tried, there's a potential to break the main quest with the "Cure Corprus Disease" effect.
It seems that many of the bonuses are Thief-oriented; for instance, there's only an OP crossbow and dagger, so Fighters will miss out on their preferred weapons, and I didn't see any Mage skill improvements.
Although I probably won't use this mod, my comments are not intended to dissuade others from doing so.
i tested this mod thoroughly and yes, when you get hit your armor skills DO level. and as for "the perils of constant effects" i am well aware of this issue, hence the reason why i created multiple belts to be switched between. as for being "thief oriented", the reason for the dagger is twofold: one to force the player to get "up-close-and-personal" so to speak to address any leveling up of armor skills and two it's a silver weapon and has all the benefits that such a weapon provides. in summation this IS a cheat mod, and meant to make playing the game easier. if that's not for you, fine. don't download and use it. i care not.
