==Tel Sulipund BETA==
by Kir the Wizard (aka Kirya)

Hello there! This is a beta mod, a sort of "proof of concept", so to speak, for a future expansion around Sulipund
I've always thought Sulipund deserved more content, and LenAlox's "Sulipund Services" gave me an idea to do something about it on my own.
So I did. Then I heard about the Summer Modjam and decided to release it ASAP as a Beta version.
At the current Beta version state, this mod creates a small hamlet around the Velothi tower Sulipund: a Summoning Tower, a Guard Lodge, and Waterworks.
Llarar Bereloth, owner of Sulipund (now a Lawman of House Telvanni, rather than a hireling) has escaped here due to his conflicts with the Telvanni Council. He is financing research centered around continuous summoning.
The members of Bereloth's research team are located in Varo's Tradehouse in Vos, at Dirty Muriel's near Wolverine Hall, and in the Gateway Inn of Sadrith Mora. They can teleport you between themselves or to Tel Sulipund.
In addition, an Ashlander caravaner has made camp in Tel Sulipund, trading goods with Bereloth exclusively. He can transport you to Vos, or to the various Ashlander tribes, but with no trip back (I did not wish to add more caravaner NPCs, in case they conflict with other mods that give Ashlanders a guar network).
The Summoning Tower is a Redoran-style building overgrown with Telvanni-style magical roots, and sporting some Sixth House memorabilia, used in the experiments for more succesful summoning from Coldharbor. I'll expand on all of this in the future.
The Waterworks is set up to provide the researchers with a well and an underground bath of sorts. This could help for those using Stinkers / other bathing requiring mods to get access to the water, where one can wash their character with soap.
The Guard Lodge is nothing special, just an interior providing an explanation for where do the local hirelings live.

==Installation==
Simply put "Tel Sulipund BETA.esp" to your Morrowind installation's "Data Files" folder, activate it in the mod organizer of your choice afterwards.

==Cleaning==
"Tel Sulipund BETA.esp" was cleaned in tes3cmd. Additionally, I've manually cleaned a previous version of it in TES AME to ensure that no Russian-language dialogue resurfaces due to the freaky way that Greetings are added in Construction Set.

==Recommended mods==
"Protective Guards" by Fliggerty, definitely. I tried to move the creatures spawn points away from the town, but the little buggers keep wandering in. With the "Protective Guards" mod, the three Telvanni Guards there on patrol will make short work of all the angry creatures.
You can find "Protective Guards" on Morrowind Modding History.

==Special thanks==
To LenAlox, for inspiring me to make the first proper mod of my own.

==What's in the future?==
I was rushing to release this for the ModJam, but in the future I would like to expand the town some more, add quests, alter Sulipund interior itself, adding an activator expansion with extra NPCs / services if you complete the quest for Llarar Bereloth's joining of the Mages Guild.
We'll see how this project goes, but in the future I'd like to expand more "hidden" Telvanni holdings in this manner, or to create some more Mages Guild / Telvanni cooperation content, which I am certainly inspired to do after RoHT's blocking of extra towns if you choose not to destroy the MG. I think an Archmage/Archmagister should get more content, not less.
