Updated MWSE, Mod is initialzid by MWSE log. Mod always shows "Chance 29". No entries in the log except about failing knee parts (I dont think this has to do with this mod). Whats wrong?
Could you tweak this file and your other wonderful one for persuasion switch from a raw mathematical chance expressed in numbers to a more immersive Very Low, Low, Normal, High, Very High chance description ? :D
Mostly for immersion and roleplay? Mod is awesome, same with persuasion!

Visible Persuasion chances would also be a cool feature. As it is, you're blindly rolling the dice and risking Disposition with no way of knowing how much your Personality, Speechcraft and Fatigue are affecting the different options.
