   I have tried out this mod but it is far too strong and makes you run too slow, too quickly. Thank you for the effort however.

   any way to tweak this so that it doesnt increase your speed as i have already done that through another mod, but keep the slow down on low fatigue?

   I HIGHLY recommend this mod with AURA which adds heavy breathing at low fatigue. Makes the low levels truly brutal and immersive.

   A couple suggestions:
   
   * Sprint button for increased speed and stamina drain. Even better if NPCs and creatures can use it (but only if their stamina is more than half-full).
   
   * An option to dynamically change all instances of "Fatigue" to "Stamina" so there's no more broken English like "Restore Fatigue."
