Base .esm + vanilla addon

This addon adds most of the clothing of Westly's Fine Clothiers of Tamriel to the levelled lists in my base .esm, so that NPCs will randomly equip them along with vanilla clothing.
This plugin is to be used TOGETHER with the original mod by Westly.
