Rebalanced two creature variants that were overly powerful, namely Frost Centurion and Diseased Betty Netch:
The Frost Centurion's health has been reduced from 150 to 75, and its spell points from 150 to 70. Additionally, its spells have been adjusted: Frost Barrier is now Frost Shield, Frostfist has been replaced with Frostbite, and Frost Bolt has been changed to Frostball. These spells deal significantly less damage, and together with the changes in stats, they are more in line with what you would expect from a standard Centurion Sphere.
The Diseased Betty Netch's attack damage has been reduced from 10-30 to 10-20, matching the Breeding Netch variant.
Fixed an issue where the object ID "h11_wraith " contained an unintended extra space, which could cause issues when attempting to spawn it via console commands.
