Removes the Endurance drain from Black-Heart Blight, and adds it to Ash-chancre instead. Now Black-Heart Blight won't be as deadly to users of state-based health mods.

Black-Heart Blight Gimp
Description
This is a very small mod that removes the Endurance drain from Black-Heart Blight, so the disease will be less deadly for those using MWSE State-Based Health, Talrivian's State-Based HP or a similar mod. To balance this change, it adds the Endurance drain to Ash-chancre instead.
Specifically, the diseases are changed as follows:
Black-Heart Blight:
Drain Strength 20-40 -> Drain Strength 30-40
Drain Endurance 20-40 -> (removed)
Ash-chancre:
Drain Personality 20-40 -> Drain Endurance 30-40
The above state-based health mods calculate your health based on the current values of your Endurance and Strength attributes, so a drain of up to 40 for both at once can easily be lethal. With this change, there's still a Strength and Endurance drain among blight diseases, but no longer both at once, reducing the odds of insta-death on contracting a disease.
BTB made the same changes in his edited version of Morrowind Advanced, for the same reason: to make Black-Heart Blight less of an instakiller with a state-based health mod.
Of course, this plugin can be used without a state-based health mod as well. A few dialogue entries have also been adjusted to match the new symptoms.
Installation
Use a mod management tool such as Wrye Mash, or just copy the plugin to your Data Files directory and select it in the Morrowind Launcher.
