I am a huge fan of "Swole Swits"..... I play morrowind in VR using "Morrorift" and without Swole Swits the NPCs look like their waist is 4 or 5 inches like they are 5 years old or something....I was really stoked when I found Swole Swits and it fixed this... Anyway this mod in VR is crazy awesome.... I play a Female Breton so most people are taller than me but my companion is "Constance" the female wood elf.... Now she is even much more cute because she is one of the few that is shorter than me.... Anyway I did clean the mod.. It has... 72 Evil GMST edits so please clean the mod and re upload so you don't destroy someone's game.
Thanks, I'm glad you liked it Zoomtra! I didn't expect any comments so early, all the more approving ones. Need to check out that Morrorift thing. Yeah, I noticed that downside of playing a short character you have to look up in first person view to see NPC face, but that's also immersive. I thought I overdid it with wood elves seeing they look more like some pixies now, but it's good to hear it works for you.
I've figured out how to clean the mod with tes3cmd and uploaded new esp as v1.1.
Morrorift only works for the Oculus CV1 so if you don't have that headset your out of luck... It hasn't been updated in 4 years..... The only other way to play Morrowind in VR is using "Vorpx" but the performance is not great compared to Morrorift.... I'll continue to use this mod and I'll let you know of any problems or Ideas.... I can never go back to seeing the NPC's with no muscles or curves.. It's too weird now after getting used to Swole Swits for so long....
Hey yall, I just saw this mod. I'm the guy that made Swole Swits. Just wanted to say thanks for the kind words, I uploaded it back in 2016 and hadn't really checked back on it since, so I had no idea anyone actually downloaded and used it, let alone actually LIKED it. Made my day seeing it mentioned here. Glad some people seemed to agree with me and get some benefit out of it. Gonna download and check this mod out tonight, cheers!
I like this mod. Everyone wants to be equal in every way but when it all becomes the same you lose that variety that makes life interesting. From the visual standpoint at least just a slight rescale changes your perspective quite well. I'm 6'4 tall IRL but I can "somewhat" experience being much shorter. Even though it's a game it does give you some insight to how people of different sizes and such manage and view the real world around them.
You have dirty (Game breaking) GMST edits. please fix these. I can provide a fixed copy if you want.
but also TES I through III are already politically incorrect. "redguards" have lower intelligence. in fact, they only fully removed this "feature" with skyrim.
True that, also female redguards are weaker than male afaik. But then you also had LGBT-friendly aphrodite Vivec ;) Thanks for the hint, uploaded clean version, marked now as v1.1.
If the mod is for lore friendliness wouldnt you keep in the fact that wood elf females were taller? Sometimes females of a species of animals or whatever can be bigger than the male counterparts. It could be a design decision.
Yeah, female Bosmer should be taller than the males canonically. They're supposed to be using some sort of innate wood elf magic to make themselves appealing which the males can't use for some reason, which is why the males are short and gremlin-y looking.
Thanks for the comment ald and PaulGeeks, I didn't know that! I'm quite new to this game, was refering rather to generic fantasy lore with slim shorter elves and huge bulky orcs. But anyhow I choose to be in solidarity with wood elves males and grant them some justice ;)
