    Would you be willing to release an alternative file where we can simply buy this spell--or, at least, obtain it without involving Tarhiel?  He's already integrated into a quest on the Tamriel Rebuilt mainland, and I'm worried this mod will conflict with that.

    A very, very enjoyable mod, thank you so much!!

    The float effect is very pleasant to use and the spell feels natural.

    It being allowed for spellmaking makes one capable of creating absolutely vile spells.

    Just imagine creating a very low power long duration (like 300 seconds) float spell on touch to use in combat. A dude who is on the recieving end at first does not get very startled, its like a little float, no big deal. They might even try to shoot you with a bow or something if they have it, but then realisation hits - they rise, unable to touch the ground, no way to stop it. Desperately trying to reach for trees, sadly too far away, looking grimly at the birds around. Surely if they rise that slowly, the spell is weak and it's gonna stop soon, right? Still, I'm already quite high to drop from, but I still should live, they think.
    Seeing player go on with player business is unnerving.
    With 1:30 timescale, it is 2,5 hours of torturous rise, wilting away at their willpower and morale.
    The time goes on, they rise and rise, unable to rest, stressing over how high they are, not knowing when the spell will end, waiting for imminent deadly fall. The winds are chilly. They can't clothe themselves better, curling in a ball for warmth. Maybe cursing you or crying, looking at unaccessible land, earlier taken for granted. When the spell effect ends, they suddenly start falling - however they would try to steel themselves for their death, for their tired self-control the fall would 100% be startling, terrifying, and then they scream, and splat, blood splashing, painful, gory death.
    Then just imagine, making a spell with 1440 seconds length... Thats 12 hours of purgatorium. Blazing sun, freezing winds. Thirst, hunger. If one is unlucky, having to s*** and piss midair. A breaking experience. It would not be unexpected to see some try suicide after 5-7 hours of seemingly endless floating due to sheer psychological pressure and destroyed hope.
    If they have some help, the dispel effect would save them, but then the on target dispel is rare, and the only widely known Purge Magic is 5% likely to work. And one rises and rises, making it harder to aim... If one has an intervention potion\scroll, great, but they all dump you outside buildings, and the hope for salvation is lost as you continue to rise after teleport... Maybe the capellan can cast Purge Magic and maybe they cannot. If you are a mage and know Dispel this is great, but if you only can use recall, you can possibly spend 12 hours pressed against the ceiling in your house, horrified of thought what could possibly happen to you without recall.
    A true pitch black cruelty magic to create. Some Telvanni would buy the spell for a great markup, it is a removal of pest enemy, humiliation, torture, making one regret ever stepping out of bed today and brutal killing device, all in one nice package.

    A spell most foul indeed. I love it.

    Would be nice if Tahriel gives you his scrolls as a parting gift at the end. Other than than, outstanding work

    I love the new float effect! Seriously feels like it could have been an original spell. And the quest ties into the game well. Very well done mod, thanks!
