This is a really sweet mod, only thing is I couldn't get used to that new greenish colour so I edited the textures slighty since I'm just too used to the vanilla blue.
Allright, i have fixed all my issues with this mod, if i could have your permission wazabear, i would like to upload it as an alternate version of this mod, but if you prefer a different approach I will understand and support that. If you'll allow it, the AIO version is what I would upload.
Vanilla Coloring Patch (See screenshot, I made it less blue than the version in my last comment.)
All In One (Can be used as a standalone pluginless alternative to this mod; or as a patch for this mod; does not include sound, particle effect or esp file.)

There is a new version of this post stickied, this one is outdated. There is also a dedicated mod page for htis now here.
I created, an in my opinion even better retexture than XMadManJazzaX did. You can get it here. and it looks like this (color is very close to vanilla, and it looks really eerie while playing):

However there is an issue with the mod, no matter if you use my retexture or not. I don't know if it only happens on OMW or if it happens on MGE Xe and Vanilla as well, however it looks like this https://imgur.com/a/HLUh9dr (screenshot from joelanggml); what is happening, is that whatever the original author did to make the fence more glowy at night creates these LOD issues (I believe it might be a particle effect, considering the distance is the same as where particles load in), this issue could be fixed if a version that looks the same at night as it does during the day were released, but that is sadly beyond my capabilities. Whatever is being done happens within the meshes.
Instead, I have created an openmw only, texture only version, it does not look quite as nice, but is still an improvement over vanilla (admittedly with intelligent textures though); if you compare the two, you can see just how close to vanilla my texture really is without the ghastly glowyfence meshes.
Having the same problem. The fence is uneven even when viewed close, and doesn't show up at all from long distances. Just pops up from different places.
Weird, because I thought I had it working earlier. I'm also using the patch from BCOM, but that doesn't even overwrite anything from Ghastly Glowyfence? Tried with it and without.
I love the effect this gives the Ghostfence - I feel like it now truly looks like a magical barrier.
It's gorgeous, especially once it pops into view from a distance. Oh, and it pairs so well with RR Ghostgate Fortress. Playing with that and this Ghostfence mod, I don't think I could go back to the vanilla look!
Playing on OpenMW (0.47 / 0.48) with RR Ghostgate Fortress and a whole bunch of other mesh/texture mods and nothing is messed up. It fits in seamlessly without any problems!
After downloading the file, just extract first and repack, seems there is some low profile malicious file in the download. After repack the unnamed file is gone.

Here it is
No Extra Night Glow Patch (Fixes this issue by disabling the extra glow at night)

Update: I found out the culprit was the sticky post files.
Update 2: It wasn't, this is a LOD issue of some kind, it was just more apparent on the altered textures.
Update 3: I fixed it

Which ones are missing and where do I find them?
