Moves the Khuul docks from open sea into the bay. If I were the leader of a village, which has access to open sea, and a bay too, and the bay was wide enough, and its water was deep enough for a ship to navigate in it, without problems, I would elect to build docks in the bay. It's just safer that way. Another argument for doing this, I guess, would be that it provides a new experience when you visit Khuul next time.
Compatibility with any other Khuul overhauls, or huge overhauls of every aspect of the game, like Morrowind Rebirth?
That's a matter for you to investigate, only Vvardenfell Revisited - Khuul has been tested. Use your knowledge of whatever mod you have in mind, the screenshots provided, and your common sense. I just cannot install a dozen different mods to provide answers for everyone.
