    Hello! How do you know to find what ID's you don't want to clean in the first place?

      Read the output when you run the clean and do it again excluding anything that you changed on purpose?  I don't know any shortcuts, sorry.

      Ok, you are allowed to clean the same esp multiple times?

      Default is to clean mod.esp to clean_mod.esp.  Unless you tell it "--overwrite".

      Ok, so you can clean clean_mod.esp if you edit it?
