Adds a new tavern to Gnisis, for Redoran patriots.

Following my Winged Guar Balcony mod, I was asked to do something similar with the mezzazine above Gnisis. In vanilla, it had a tent protecting it from rain, some lanterns, and a couple of tables and chairs. It seemed to be a perfect spot for a bar, where the egg miners would gather for a cup of Mazte after a long day in the mine. So I added one. A bar inside a cave dwelling: The Cavern Tavern. The vanilla mezzazine will serve as the balcony of this new establishment.
My headcanon is that the publican is a Redoran loyalist, and her tavern is a competition for the Madach Tradehouse. Madach serves the Imperial Legion, and people in town who are loyal to the Empire, and the Cavern Tavern serves the poor egg miners, and people who resent the occupation. Probably if one of the n'wah dared to enter, he would leave with a knife in his back. The selection is not as wide as over at Madach, (in fact, she only serves Mazte) but at least it's owned by a real Dunmer, and there is a Redoran banner and a rug inside. I was inspired by a real bar, where they only served one kind of beer, and if more than three people were inside, some of you had to stand, as they didn't even have enough chairs for everyone.
Compatibility:
One of the reasons I decided to add a cave as the interior of the tavern, and left the mezzazine itself untouched was to be compatible with Rebirth. The bar is situated in a new interior, the exterior is only modified by adding a door and a banner outside signaling that there's a tavern there. Hopefully it's compatible with Rebirth this way, but it hasn't been tested. Everything else should be fine, naturally.
The mod is bug-free and has been cleaned with TESAME.
