It's too bad my computer cannot handle these textures. (I'm suspecting my Graphics Card may not have enough VRAM.) The screenshots and what little I saw for myself in-game look absolutely gorgeous.
I will definitively give this another try once I have upgraded my computer sometime in the next two-ish years. Until then, I will use that "Intelligent Textures" mod I found recently. (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/47469)
This covers the entire vanilla game and the DLCs. If Tamriel Rebuilt uses cusrom textures, those will look like whatever Tamriel Rebuilt made. Anything vanilla, will look like this. I'd suggest you install Tamriel Rebuilt and then this to overwrite. See what it looks like. But yeah, it's compatible.
Hi! New to modding on Nexus and with Morrowind- just 2 questions: 1) What is "Backdating the BSA files"? 2) Any idea on how well Vortex installs this mod?
Your work looks absolutely lovely and I hope that I may be able to figure out installing it soon!
Hello there. I don't use Vortex and don't know exactly how it works but installing textures through it works. Has to. lol
Basically Backdating .BSA archives means changing the date on the game asset archives. They should be set to something old. Issue is if you have the game's archives have a newer date than a mod for example (which happens in the steam version upon reinstalling), the mod won't be loaded because the game sees the game's original archives as newer.
Should be an option somewhere in Vortex. I hope this wasn't too confusing. It just picks what's newer. You'd want the original files of the game to be older and anything you install to be newer so that it loads it correctly, simply. Haha
I very much like the unique look! There is an issue I have with it and that is some inconsistency (for example the houses in seyda neen look way less "watercoloured" than the trees in the area). Otherwise good job!
Thanks. Considering that it's made by my computer and not entirely by hand, there are some things that look smoother than others. That's because some textures in vanilla are higher resolution than others and then the effects have different sensitivities. If that makes sense, explaining it like that. lol
Also, I can't currently look into anything at all because I've lost everything I've ever made on my computer during the last 6 years or so. Accidentally hard-deleted my backup drive. Oof.

I like how it looks !
Would it be possible to have a walkthrough on the process, in order to make patches for content mods ?
Thanks !
